After losing my dear sweet grandmother, I have realized that no matter how much we neglect our family members, they will always be there; but they won’t be there forever.  For my life, friends have come and go over and over again. I miss my great-grandma terribly. Not only was the trip to the Philippines heartbreaking in many ways, but it also caused more drama within our family. All she wanted was for us to be together but the fact that she’s gone makes that very difficult. It’s too soon. I wish I could move on without feeling guilty that I am. I love you, Ima. I miss you. ;[
